Tabata you bastard

Tonight's WOD was tabata intervals. We did pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats. 7 rounds 20 seconds on 10 second rest. Easily the toughest WOD yet. You tally the total number of reps. I had some trouble with the pull ups, I use a thick black band to aide and it wasn't working out. So my total reps for the whole WOD was only 151. I really hope to do better next time.
