Good workout tonight!
Warmup was jump rope for 1 minute.
Sit-ups for 30 seconds
Double jump rope for 1 minute
Push ups for 30 seconds
Double unders for 1 minute

Work out
MAX dead lift 5x5 75%
12 minute AMRAP
10 75lb sumo
10 25 inch box step up
20 bar hops

All equal exhausted
