Cha cha changes...

It's been a bit since I've written. A lot has been going on; I finally got into the company, I've been trying to get into, after a year of trying. Its well worth the wait for sure. I start this coming monday...

As far as my training; things have been going fantastic! I'm staying with the plan and doing well. I feel stronger than I have felt in a very long time. My push ups are coming along nicely. I've started doing curls. I can see my shoulders and chest getting more defined but my biceps are lacking. I want to be able to do pull ups soon and know building my biceps can only help.
My diet is doing well. I've changed my eating habits and have been able to stick to it for a few months. Its getting easier and easier to make healthier food choices. I've significantly reduced my sugar intake, I'm being mindful of carbs but not going too crazy to avoid them. I've been drinking water pretty exclusively and developed quite a liking for it. I've taken myself off of regular milk, not all dairy. I've switched to unsweetended almond milk.
I started running. I am most excited about this new change! There was a time when I used to run 2-3 miles a day. I've started small. I'm running about a mile a night a few days a week. My pace is a little more than a jog. It's working and it feels great. I'm trying to end my WOD's with a run.
So, thats it. You're all up to date. I'll try to do better at being more current. I wouldn't want to upset my fan... :)
