Today's WOD

Today was pretty brutal. Warmup was jump rope for 2 minutes. 6 superman/hollow core, then 30 sec handstand. The actual WOD was: 1985m row
Burpees/55 lb kettleball 27-11-8-5

It was tough but I had a lot of support which made the difference. Looking forward to tomorrow.
